Our Approach

One principle, every engagement

Every engagement follows the same principle: understand your real situation before proposing anything, build what’s actually needed rather than a generic package, and stay attached long after go-live so compliance never quietly expires. This is how that looks in practice.

Principle 01
Understand first

Your real situation, before we propose anything.

Principle 02
Build what’s actually needed

Not a generic package. What your countries and your team require.

Principle 03
Stay attached

Long after go-live, so compliance never quietly expires.

Why Work With Us

Risk you control, not fires you put out

Most companies only discover their compliance gaps when something already went wrong — a missed filing, a contract that doesn’t hold up, a country they expanded into without realizing the rules had changed. By then, it’s a fire to put out instead of a risk you controlled.

We work differently. Every engagement starts with understanding your actual exposure, not assumptions — and we stay close enough afterward that new risk gets caught before it becomes a problem, not after.

The Client Journey

The 8-step client journey

What happens, in what order, and what you are actually signing up for.

Step 1

Initial call

We start by understanding your situation: countries you operate in, team structure, current HR setup, and where the risk actually sits. No proposal before we understand the real picture.

Step 2

Tailor-made proposal

A clear, scoped plan: which services, in what order, and what it changes for your compliance position. Nothing generic, nothing you haven’t seen before signing.

Step 3

Signing and kick-off

We formalize scope and timeline together, and set the engagement in motion with a defined starting point.

Step 4Recommended

HR audit

A full diagnostic across your HR practices to surface any non-compliance risk before it becomes a penalty. Optional, but this is where most hidden risk gets caught.

Step 5

Implementation

We put the solutions in place — policies, contracts, processes — built to your specific jurisdictions, not a template.

Step 6

Rollout

Every promised HR service goes live across your organization, coordinated so nothing falls through the cracks.

Step 7

Result: compliant, smooth HR operations

This isn’t a project milestone, it’s the new baseline you operate from.

Step 8

Retained services & ongoing support

Regulations move. We stay attached to your HR operations long-term, so compliance doesn’t quietly expire six months after we leave.

Ongoing: compliance that stays current as regulations move

How long does the process take, from first call to full compliance?

It depends on your situation — team size, number of countries, and complexity. Some engagements wrap in a few weeks; others, spanning several jurisdictions, take a few months. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after the first call, not a generic promise.

Do you work with companies operating across multiple EU countries, or one at a time?

Multi-country, pan-European compliance is exactly where we’re strongest. Whether you’re in one country today or already spread across ten, that’s our core specialty.

Is the HR audit really necessary if we think we’re already compliant?

It’s highly recommended. In our experience, the vast majority of companies underestimate the compliance gaps they actually have — the audit almost always surfaces risks and actions that need attention, even for teams that felt confident going in.

What happens if a law changes in the middle of our engagement?

Everything we put in place is kept continuously updated as regulations evolve — compliance isn’t a one-time deliverable, it’s maintained.

How much does this cost, and does it scale with company size?

Yes, cost scales with company size and complexity. Given how tailored this work is to each client’s exact situation, pricing is built around your specific needs rather than a flat package.

What happens if something goes wrong or a deadline is missed during implementation?

That’s exactly why we’re here. Our team catches up quickly on any missed deadline, and we stay proactive about upcoming legal changes that could affect your compliance before they land.

Do we lose flexibility if we sign up for retained services, or can we scale down later?

Retained HR Services are actually the best choice for maximum flexibility — we work as an extension of your HR department, scaling with your needs rather than locking you into a fixed scope.

How is our HR and employee data handled and protected during the audit and rollout?

Every engagement is covered by an NDA, with strict data protection practices in place throughout.

We already have an internal HR team / HR software — why bring in EHRS on top?

Cross-country HR compliance is a genuinely different discipline from traditional HR — very few internal teams or HR platforms are built for the specific demands of multiple overlapping jurisdictions at once. We’re not here to replace what you have; we complement it with the specialist layer most companies don’t have in-house.

What happens if we ever decide to stop working with EHRS — are we left exposed?

The audit gives you full transparency and a foundation you own outright — what you do with it afterward is entirely your choice. That said, we’d recommend staying on retained services or running an audit every few years, simply to catch any new non-compliance early.
