In 2018, MNX Global Logistics approached Europe HR Solutions to act as their HR partner for operations in Germany, France, the UK, and the Netherlands.

- Managing organizational changes, including closure of the French business, downsizing in Germany, and reorganization of the UK operations.

- Supporting the UPS acquisition of MNX in 2024, ensuring a seamless HR integration and business continuity throughout the transition.
