As the company expanded rapidly across Europe, it became clear that the regional HR operations needed stronger local compliance frameworks and consistency in employment practices.

The Solution
Europe HR Solutions was engaged to provide external HR and compliance expertise for Everbridge’s European operations.
The collaboration began with a compliance project in France, where Europe HR Solutions:
- Conducted a full HR and legal audit of existing policies and employee documentation.
- Created a new employee handbook aligned with French labor law.
