In 2020, Juanita Hendrickson engaged Europe HR Solutions to perform a comprehensive HR audit in the Netherlands — with the goal of assessing compliance, processes, and HR risk exposure.

The Solution

The Netherlands audit revealed critical gaps in HR processes and compliance, prompting Epredia to expand the project to Germany and Belgium.

Based on the successful outcomes, Europe HR Solutions became the company’s ongoing HR partner across the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy, supporting all European HR matters and serving as an integrated extension of the internal HR team.
